Myselor - It Don't Mean A Thing

Here's Myselor (Soundcloud) with a right head bobber! The genre's called neurohop amongst the NeuroFunkGrid crowd. I'd say its a electronic swing track just for simplicity's sake; what with that jazzy piano and chopped vocals :)
Just a short post cause i should be revising but check out those links for loud noises.

Crazy in Love Remixes & Stumbleine

Here's a versatile selection of electro swing tracks to keep you interested. These are the winners of Future Swing's remix competition for Crazy in Love.

And here's something a little bit more chilled to keep it mellow. Stumbleine is pretty much incredible.

High Contrast - Father, Can't You See I'm Burning

I strongly suggest you buy this album. High Contrast tears it up with "Father, Can't you See I'm Burning" (Freudian concept I believe) but anyway, tight drums and intense drops, what more could you wish for? Purchase link: HOSPITAL RECORDS It's a shame you don't get to hear the second drop (Hospital not allowing any uploads to youtube)

A Selection

First up it's a hint of the electro swing in a drumsteppy package. Definitely keep an eye on C@ in the H@, waiting on a release on this but listen here:
Next is a chill out tune from QBIG with sleepless, i've been wanting to put rain noise in my production recently but I wouldn't be able to re-create anything like this track. Sorry for another Liquicity vid; I'd definitely recommend subscribing.
Last up it's Souls of Mischief with '93 til infinity. Recently heard they're playing Outlook 2012, I may have to go. Here's an absolute classic with a summery vibe.

Here's a FREE DOWNLOAD of the extended album version.

Christmas Music Done Right

Already sick of the Christmas carols and essentially shit Christmas singles? Well here's a few remixes to class up the place and make Christmas that tiny bit more bearable.

First up is the Smerins' ska remix of "Walking in The air". A really well done ska take on a Christmas classic, complete with jingle bells.

Here's the DOWNLOAD

Next is Baz Kuts' grooving remix of the nutcracker suite (as performed by the Berlin Symphony Orchestra).

Here's the DOWNLOAD LINK [r-click, save as]

Of course "Jingle Bells" had to be in here, some nice chopping around by Dan The Automator has revitalised this tune.

And here's the DOWNLOAD

Here's a funky remix of Bing Crosby by Beef Wellington

And a DOWNLOAD for that.

And finally Silent Night by Mahalia Jackson, the 46bliss Remix

and as ever the DOWNLOAD

Knife Party - Internet Friends (Arahal Re-Edit)

Big breakbeat tune from Arahal here with a decent re-edit of Knife Party. It uses some of those samples you might hear at a Skrillex gig but in a way you wouldn't, it doesn't overabuse to achieve its ends in a way i feel Skrillex does to the detriment of his music sometimes.
Also worth a listen is his remix of Stanton Warriors:
Stanton Warriors - Turn Me Up Some (Arahal Rmx)+LINK!!! by ARAHAL

Anyway make up your own mind, here's the DOWNLOAD LINK and one for the Stanton Warriors Remix: DOWNLOAD HERE
